Charlotte is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor who graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland. She originally started her career in the public hospital system in Queensland before moving back to Melbourne and working in private practice.
Charlotte has played both netball and tennis at a competitive level while managing low back pain, knee and ankle injuries which she has had to manage with physiotherapy, yoga and Clinical Pilates.
Charlotte is one of the physiotherapists for the Old Melburnians Football Club in the VAFA and has a special interest in sports related injuries.
Aside from sporting injuries she also has a special interest in women’s health including pre and post-natal care, exercise throughout pregnancy and beyond as well as pelvic floor training.
Charlotte likes to use clinical Pilates to rehabilitate and assist with achieving client’s goals as well as promoting overall wellbeing. Her hobbies include yoga, pilates, running, hiking and going to the gym.
