This session is perfect for those who want to get the right advice on the safest and most efficient way to return to exercise after baby with common issues of back/pelvic pain, abdominal muscle separation and pelvic floor dysfunction. We will also talk about safe ways to get back to running and impact exercise. All questions are welcome!
